A book about perseverance in learning and the role of family and friends in encouraging a child to try and try again until success is achieved. The story highlights how the child "Kareem" has no interest in football because he believes he has no skill in playing it. But everyone encourages him to try. And although he does not succeed at first and expresses his strong desire to stop trying, his father and friends continue to urge him to try. Finally, Kareem gets a chance to take a shot that he was not confident would be good, but it flew over everyone and went into the goal, scoring a goal for Kareem's team, which made everyone applaud him.
